What's inside a personalised pet book
Every book follows the same shape but almost none of the content is shared. It opens with an ordinary morning, moves through the small adventures you've described, and closes on something quiet and warm.
- Cover. Your pet's name, a title you choose, and an illustration built from your reference photos.
- Dedication page. Your words, set in the same typeface as the book. Most people write two or three lines.
- Twenty-four story pages. Each one carries an illustration and a short passage. Names, places, habits and in-jokes come from your answers.
- Closing page. For a celebration book this is a warm ending; for a memorial book it's a gentler one you can read aloud without difficulty.
You can add a child to the story too, in which case they appear alongside your pet throughout — see child and pet books.
