Shipping and delivery

After you approve the proof

Your approved book goes to our print partner, who prints, binds and posts it to you. Allow up to 2 weeks from proof approval to delivery. For Christmas, approve your proof by 5 December. If you have a birthday or Christmas deadline, email hello@tailswekeep.co.uk before you order and we'll tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

If you're buying for a particular date, approve your proof at least 2 weeks before it. For Christmas, approve your proof by 5 December. Your digital proof is ready well before the printed book, so if time runs short you can give the proof on the day with the hardcover following.

The stages

Each stage completes before the next begins, and you control the last one.

• Free preview: we email you when it's ready. No payment or card details.
• Full preview: unlocked for £1, credited in full against the book.
• Digital proof: a clean, unwatermarked proof of all 32 pages, sent by email and saved in your account.
• Print: nothing is printed until you approve the final proof.

Costs

UK delivery included in the price in the £49 book price, with no delivery surcharge at checkout.

Production

Printed by our print partner and shipped to you, on Mohawk matte 120gsm as a pur bound hardcover.

Outside the UK

We're UK-only at present. If you need a book sent abroad, email hello@tailswekeep.co.uk and we'll tell you whether we can arrange it before you pay for anything.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, email us with your order number and we'll put it right.
