Shipping and delivery

The timeline

• Free preview: immediate. Three pages, no payment.
• Digital proof: 1–2 days after your book order.
• Revision round: 1–2 days after you send your notes.
• Print and dispatch: 3–5 working days after you approve the final proof.
• Tracked UK delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Allow around two weeks in total if you're working to a birthday or Christmas deadline. Most orders arrive sooner.

Costs

UK delivery is included in the £59 book price. There are no surcharges at checkout, and extra copies of the same approved book ship together at no additional delivery cost.

Packaging

Books are wrapped in tissue, boxed in rigid board and sent in plain outer packaging. No pricing is included inside, which matters when it's a gift.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your book is dispatched, and the same link appears in your account under orders.

International delivery

We're currently UK-only while we finish setting up international print routing. Ireland, the EU, the US, Canada and Australia are next. If you need a book shipped abroad in the meantime, email hello@tailswekeep.co.uk and we'll try to arrange it manually.

Missed or delayed parcels

If tracking stalls for more than three working days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier. Confirmed lost parcels are reprinted and resent at our cost.

A note on this release

Print fulfilment is not yet connected in this version of the site, so no live orders are being produced or dispatched. The timings above describe how the service will run at launch.
