What we collect

• Account details. Your name and email address, so we can send proofs and order updates.
• Creation content. The answers you give about your pet, the photos you upload and the text you write.
• Order details. Delivery address, order history and proof approvals.
• Technical data. Basic, aggregated analytics about page use. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your content to produce your preview, your proof and your printed book, and to answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your photos in marketing without asking you first, in writing, for that specific image.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to deliver the product: payment processing, secure storage and hosting, and print fulfilment. Each receives the minimum required — the printer, for example, receives your approved book file and delivery address, not your account history.

How long we keep it

• Previews: 90 days, or as long as your account is open.
• Orders and proofs: seven years, for accounting purposes.
• Uploaded photos: deleted on request at any time, and automatically 12 months after your final order is delivered.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tailswekeep.co.uk and we'll action it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your draft. Anything non-essential will be opt-in, and there is no cross-site advertising tracking on this site.
